So starts the "nesting" and organizing...

This week I've started organizing our home thanks to Pinterest! Or you can call it "nesting," so I've started moving all my craft and sewing items to our back extra room.

I also get yelled at all the time by my husband about all the crap on our bathroom counter. 

So I had a great idea -

I took this ice cream pail after we were finished with it 

Then I took some extra fabric from my stash and glued it on with a glue stick

Then Voila! All my "bathroom crap" in a cute little area easily accessible! 

Yay for upcycling!

Long time, many updates

So here's what's going on with us -

We celebrated our 2 year anniversary in June with a trip to Chicago in August. We successfully conceived a child in June. (unrelated to anniversary). We will be welcoming said child, which is a BOY whose name is a secret in March around the 20th.

And now I'm working on organizing the house for this kid to have some room to sleep!

YAY!

In other friends' news - My friends Amber and Nate celebrated their son Ford's 1st birthday on 1/6 and my friends Kim and Mike had their 3rd Daughter "Reese Catelynn" on 1/6 as well! WOO!
